The Flawed Journey's support is so flawless for me. Emma, it's founder, is one of the most empathetic people I have ever met. She is so caring and helpful; lent her ears whenever I needed and she ensured to help in all walks of life.
I have nothing but great things to say about the flawed journey. Emma is my therapist, she is amazing. She makes me feel so at easy, very comfortable with my emotions and makes me feel like I am not alone with everything I’ve experienced. Currently I am working to improve my mental health. I have been working with Alysha to tackle social anxiety and low self-esteem and I have been so grateful for all of her help. I never knew I needed a therapy until when one of my mates mentioned that I needed it as I was at my rock bottom. I came to the Flawed Journey just over 6 months ago at a point where I couldn't understand why I was feeling the way I was, I didn't feel comfortable talking about it with my friends or family and reaching out to Emma was the best thing I could have done. I had gone through a number of stressful times and could not cope well at work, in social interactions and had a heightened anxiety that I could not manage myself. I have developed so much since working with Emma which I didn't think I would be able to say personally about myself. Alysha is outstanding at her role. That way she is able to work her questions make you think about thinks that I had never really thought about before. She make it easier to explore your feeling by using CBT tools. And I love that she will always end the session on positive, happy space.

It’s been a year since my first session with Emma. I was so scared and nervous on that first day but Emma made me feel comfortable and safe. Alysha has been so great. Her style of sessions works so well. I found the Flawed Journey while trying to get better on my codependency issue. My first encounter with Emma was that she's friendly and I instantly felt like I could talk to her. Throughout my therapy journey, Emma has been very supportive listening to the issues I have been struggling with. The sessions give me courage to leave the relationship and accept the fact that it wasn't working, which was something I have been struggling to overcome my whole life. Normally I would feel really sad, angry, and it takes a long time for me to bounce back from that emotion. But the sessions had brought out another version of myself, not that I wasn't sad, but I learned to give myself love and courage to see what's right for me even when it's hard.
