Zero Suicide Alliance have a FREE suicide prevention training online which takes around 20 minutes to complete and is extremely effective to enable people to  identify when someone is presenting signs of suicidal thoughts or behaviour and to in return speak in a supportive manner and refer the individual to the correct services or support.
