This service is a favourite among many of our clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. Our job as your Therapist is to give you the tools and techniques to help manage a variety of mental and behavioural health issues. It examines your history, deeply uncovering your past which we then assess to see if these issues are still affecting you today. Psychotherapy sessions, tend to take a longer period of time to notice effects as the process consists of looking back into the past & also the presence but I create a treatment plan individually for you and you will also be expected to work on tasks in between sessions in your own time to practise these new skills.
