The Flawed Journey offer Walk N Talk therapy as a relaxed way to conduct our face-face sessions. Walk & Talk Therapy is a traditional form of psychotherapy where the client and the therapist are outside walking during therapy instead of sitting inside an office.

This alternative has a more relaxed approach and can make it easier for individual to discuss their feelings. We highly recommend Walk N Talk therapy for individuals who prefer to move / walk than sitting across from a therapist in an office environment. It is particularly helpful for teenagers and young adults. 


Science has shown incredible benefits from both talk therapy and walking, when combined together the two become exponentially successful. Walking is not only good for your physical health but the endorphins that exercise produces has a known positive impact on mental health.

Brisk walking boosts endorphins, which can reduce stress hormone and alleviate mild depression and anxiety symptoms. Walking outdoor side-by- side, in a more relax environment with visual distractions may allow for easier engagement. Sometimes it can be less intimidating and helps release inhibition.

The Flawed Journey have been working with clients through the pandemic and seen how effective Walk N Talk therapy is after only a few sessions. Once clients experience Walk N Talk therapy they don't want to move back to the traditional office setting.
